About Us
Jodie Lyn Gage and William Bradley “Brad” Wooten met in law school. Following graduation, Jodie worked as an Assistant District Attorney and Brad was in private practice. In 2005, Jodie and Brad were married and decided to make their home and start a family in Stillwater. They established Gage & Wooten, PLLC, in 2006. Since that time, they have helped thousands of clients navigate countless legal issues. With over forty (40) years combined legal experience, we are confident that we can assist you with your legal matter, but if not, we will make every effort to refer you to someone that can help you. Above all else, we promise to treat you with compassion, understanding and fairness. Now, a little more about Jodie and Brad.
Jodie is an accomplished criminal defense and family law attorney with over twenty (20) years experience. Jodie is a native of Russell, Kansas, having graduated from Russell High School in 1994. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1998.
Thereafter, Jodie attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law receiving her Juris Doctor in 2002. Prior to forming Gage & Wooten, PLLC, Jodie served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 17th Judicial District in Oklahoma.
Jodie is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Arizona. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association, the Payne County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Jodie is also a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.
Brad has over over twenty (20) years legal experience covering a wide range of legal issues. Brad is from Idabel, Oklahoma, having graduated in 1995 before attending Oklahoma State University, where he received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 1999.
Brad attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law receiving his Juris Doctor with Honors in 2002. Brad has been in private practice since graduating law school.
Brad is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Payne County Bar Association. He is also a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation as well as a member of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
